Troubleshooting and Support
In our experience, nearly any unusual issue you may encounter
when using our app can be resolved by the following steps:

1) Log out of the app, then log back in, or 2) Fully close and relaunch the app.
​
​
If you experience issues logging in to your new account, make sure:
​
1) You've verified your email address via the link we sent when you registered.
2) You've enabled Keychain in your phones' iCloud settings.
​
Both steps are required to login, and help us maintain a high level of account security for you.
