Fame Phone Rules & Community Standards:
- Heroes can decline or end any call.
- Only pay to call Hero members whose identity is confirmably true.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult account holder during calls.
- No sexually explicit, hateful or violent photos or videos on profiles or in external trailers.
- Overtly sexual content, imagery or solicitation may result in account removal.
- please avoid profanities during calls, unless appropriate.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts may lead to removal. *(Heroes may have an optional Fan account to purchase calls)
- Fans requesting calls for the purposes of media interviews must describe themselves as journalists in their bio.
- Celebrity impersonators are permitted, but cannot use the same name as the person they impersonate.
- False, fraudulent or nuisance accounts will be removed at our discretion.
- You may offer calls with famous animals.
Fame Phone Terms of Service:

1) Who may use our services:
Our services may be used only if you agree to form a binding contract with Famous Telephones Software Inc.
And are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. You must be
At least 16 years old or accompanied by an adult account holder during calls to use our services.
2) Privacy:
Our Privacy Policy (https://www.famephone.app/privacy-policy) describes how we handle the information you provide us when you use our services. You understand that through your use of the services you consent to the collection and use (described in our Privacy Policy) of this information for processing, storage and use by Famous Telephones Software Inc. and its’ affiliates.
3) Payment Information:
Hero Members must provide an active and valid PayPal connected email address upon registration in order to receive
payments for call services. All payments are processed by Paypal and as such, our members agree to adhere
to Paypal terms and conditions as registered users of that service.
4) Location Information:
We do not require, record or disclose user location information.
5) External links (trailers):
Hero members may add a url link to a video trailer located outside of our service. Clicking on a trailer button will link you to the provided content in your devices web browser. Hero members accept all responsibility for the content of shared urls. Outside content linked to by Hero provided urls are outside of our range of responsibility, but are monitored to ensure content is compliant with our system rules.

Trailers whose content violates our rules or terms shall be removed at our sole discretion, and posting trailers
whose content violates these terms and rules may lead to account removal or denial of services at our sole discretion.
6) Use of our Services:
Registered users may access our services at no upfront cost using a free account. Access to and use of these services is pursuant to these terms and rules. Failure to comply with the terms and rules of our system may result in account removal and/or service denial at our sole discretion with or without notice.
As a registered user you agree that you are fully responsible for any information you provide on our service, and waive any right or claim to compensation of any kind resulting from your own actions using our service.
Registered users agree not to engage in malicious activities of any kind of a technical or personal nature when using our services.
Information you provide on your user profile is your own property and you may remove it at any time you choose. Such information you submit or provide to our service for display on your profile is provided on a voluntary basis, and you agree to share such data publicly within or outside our system for other users or potential users to observe, without compensation for display of such images or data. No royalties or compensation shall be due for the appearance of self provided celebrity images within or outside our system.
Use of our services is on an “As Is” basis and is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee services will be available on a continuous basis, and such services may be subject to technical disruptions outside of our control.
7) Ending our terms of service:
You may end this agreement at any time by declining to register for our services or by deactivating your account in your account settings.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Famous Telephones Software Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or other intangible losses resulting from your access or use of our services, including without limitation any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third parties. In no event shall the aggregate liability of our services exceed the greater of one hundred U.S dollars (U.S $100.00) or the amount you paid for our services.
